Working together to achieve balance in all aspects of life.

Jim's personal experience

Some people have hundreds of pounds to lose, but most of us can do nicely with losing 10 to 50 pounds. Jim lost from 215 pounds (97.7 K) to 175 pounds (79.5 K), a healthy and comfortable weight for him. At the higher weight his blood pressure was averaging 150/100, and he was finding it more difficult to climb a few flights of stairs. At his present weight his blood pressure is averaging 120/80, and stairs are no problem at all. Forty pounds has made a wonderful difference. But whether you have to lose 5 pounds, 40, or even 150, the methods described in Weight-Management Strategies will allow you to gradually achieve and maintain your goal. It is also possible for someone under their desired weight to use these methods to gradually achieve and maintain their desired weight.
