Hands Over Heart Breathing
When under stress, remember to put your left hand over your heart and your right hand over your left hand and BREATHE.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. Feel the warmth of your hands on your chest and the rise and fall of your chest as you breathe. Think only “in” as you breathe in and “out” as you breathe out.
