An essential tool when implementing Weight Management

your money, you can use a Calorie Register to keep track of
your alotment of calories for each day. Included in each Calorie
Register are instructions for determining what your daily calorie
alotment should be given your present weight and your goal weight. If the
instructions are followed one day at a time, achievement of your goal will
be gradual but sure, and maintenance of your goal can be assured.
